Traditional spices with currants make this historic celebration biscuit, reminiscent of Hot Cross Buns. First made in 1952, on roller No. 23.
Butter Sultana 150g
Eggs, butter and juicy sultanas give this biscuit an oh so rich taste and surprising apple flavor. Fisrt made in 1960 on roller No. 3.
Fruit and Almond Finger 150g
Vine fruits, nuts and honey in a “nutty” wholemeal biscuit base, crumbly and delicious. First made in 1974, on roller No. 11.
Double Chocolate Chip 150g
They add chocolate and more chocolate to make this ultra-rich, chewy cookie taste so sublime. First made in 1983 on cutter No. 24.
Pecan and Maple Butter Crunch 150g
Pecans, honey and maple syrup combine to make a biscuit with real toffee nuttiness. First made in 1990 on roller No. 35.
