Teoni’s Handmade Oat crunch Chocolate-Dipped Cookies hail from Devon, and are a crispy cookie lover’s dream because they bite off with a highly satisfying crunch. The tiny Isle of Mull is represented with the Island Bakery Organics’ perennial best-seller: Lemon Melts. Sweet, tangy, chewy and covered in white chocolate, you can’t argue with this hand-crafted flavor. A take on the familiar ginger snap comes from E. Botham of Whitby’s Shah Ginger Biscuits, where they have been baked daily on the North Yorkshire coast since 1865.
