Holiday Shipping Schedule - December 2014

During December, all orders placed online are shipped on a first-in, first-out basis. All UPS orders are shipped ASAP, generally within 2 business days of receipt. During check-out, you will see an estimated arrival date for your UPS order.

Placing Large Holiday Orders

If you are ordering online, one order can easily accommodate up to 4 different shipping addresses. If you are shipping to more than 4 addresses, please use our Group Order Form. Please call us with any questions at 212-727-1111.

Messenger Orders & Orders Placed for Pick-Up at Chelsea Market

There is no same-day delivery or pickup during December. All orders will be sent and delivered within regular business days, Monday through Friday. For delivery or pickup on a Saturday, orders must be placed via phone before 12 PM EST Friday. The following rules apply to Messenger and Pick-Up orders:

    For orders placed Mon-Fri BEFORE 12pm noon EST:
  • New York Messenger: Delivered next business day (M-F)
  • Pick Up: Order available next business weekday (M-F) at 1 PM EST

    For orders placed Mon-Fri AFTER 12pm noon EST :
  • New York Messenger: Delivered 2nd business day (M-F)
  • Pick Up: Order available after 2 business days (M-F) at 1 PM EST

For delivery or pickup on a Saturday, orders must be placed via phone before 12pm noon EST Friday.

Orders that are Shipped via UPS Ground Service

Please be aware that we ship our baskets from New York and New Jersey. If you are shipping UPS Ground, please note it may take up to 6 days to reach the intended destination (ex: most West Coast addresses will take 5 shipping days). Please refer to the below shipping map to check how many days you will need to send your gift. To ensure your gifts are delivered by Christmas, the following deadlines apply to orders shipping UPS Ground:

  • For orders going across the country, we must receive your order by Wednesday 12/17 at 12pm noon EST
  • For areas in a 2-Day Zone on the below map, we must receive your order by Monday 12/22 at 12pm noon EST
  • For areas in a 1-Day Zone on the below map, we must receive your order by Tuesday 12/23 at 12pm noon EST

    • We can not guarantee any gifts placed after these deadlines will arrive by Christmas. Please note these cut-off dates may change during the month. Order early!

There will be no pick ups, messenger deliveries, or UPS deliveries on Christmas Day, Thursday 12/25.
