Customer Registration

This site is built on the Yahoo Store platform and Customer Registration is a new feature. With Customer Registration you can sign-in with your Yahoo!, Google or AOL userID and password. This system is based on OpenID which is used by Yahoo!, Google and AOL. Your userID/password is verified by your OpenID provider. With this system you do not have to remember another userID/password for this site.

Once you sign into your store account you will enjoy a faster, more efficient checkout experience, with stored shipping and billing addresses pre-populated on checkout pages. Your order information is stored ONLY with the Yahoo! Store service. To ensure maximum security, your credit card information is not stored from one session to the next.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship via UPS throughout the United States. Currently we do not ship outside the United States. Generally speaking if we receive an order by 4:00pm EST it will be shipped the same day.

In New York City we also offer delivery via messenger. When using messenger delivery please be sure someone is available to receive the package. For same day messenger orders we typically need to receive the order by 1:00pm EST for the order to go out for delivery that day. Please call us if you have any questions about messenger service in New York City.

Typically web orders are shipped and delivered Monday - Friday.

UPS Saturday and Weekend Messenger Delivery

We offer 2 options for weekend delivery:

• In NYC we can deliver your gift order via Messenger service on Saturday or Sunday. Please call us prior to the weekend Monday-Friday, before 4pm EST Friday, to schedule any orders for messenger delivery that weekend. There is a $5 surcharge for weekend Messenger delivery rates ($27 in Manhattan, $45+ outer boroughs).
• Outside NYC we can ship gifts for delivery on Saturday using UPS Saturday Delivery service. Orders shipping via UPS Saturday Delivery must be placed prior to the weekend online or by phone Monday-Friday, before 4pm EST Friday, for the order to arrive on Saturday. The rate for Saturday Delivery is based on UPS Overnight Delivery with an added charge for Saturday Delivery.

UPS Ground Transits Day Map

For Non-perishable Products we recommend UPS Ground as the most economical way to ship, especially when shipping to addresses that are close to New York City.

Shipping Perishable and Highly Perishable Products

Items with numbers followed by "P" are perishable. To insure freshness, these items need to be shipped in no more than 2 days. If the shipping address is located in the 1 or 2 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS 2nd Day or UPS Overnight shipping for your order.

Items with numbers followed by a "HP" are highly perishable and need to be shipped in no more than 1 day. If the shipping address is located in the 1 day shipping range (in the map above) then UPS Ground can be used. Otherwise, please select UPS Overnight shipping for your order.

Generally speaking, we do not ship perishable products on Thursdays and Fridays if they will be in transit over the weekend.

Perishable and highly perishable items cannot be shipped to addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).

When shipping to warm climates, our chocolates are sent in insulated coolers to insure delivery in the best conditions.

Messenger Deliveries in New York City
