Gifts from Villa Capelli
New Yorker Paul Cappelli made his dream come true by renovating a Villa in his Italian ancestral home on his half-century birthday. His celebration continues by harvesting olives and sharing his olive oil along with other specialties from Puglia in Southern Italy. Our gifts start with a pasta course and continue to include, herbs to Provence of the area, sun dried tomatoes, his own “ketchup,” crunchy candy almonds, confections and other local favorites.
