Since 1982, American Spoon has been preserving fruit in their Petoskey, Michigan kitchen. After all these years, the fruit is still prepared by hand and cooked in small batch copper kettles. For thiry-seven years, they have worked to build direct and personal relationships with Michigan fruit growers. Today the company has expanded their selection to include preserves, salsas, granola, condiments and more.
