Gin Mayo was created by seafood/gin restaurant Mossel & Gin, located in Amsterdam. Josh Shelter, co-owner of restaurant Mossel & Gin: "We experimented with many different gins at Mossel & Gin and for this mass production we have chosen for Bobby's Gin, because it is a crazy good spicy gin, which gives the gin mayo a good kick."
