Authenticity made easy





Chermoula is a marinade and cooking paste from North Africa. I first had it at a Moroccan restaurant in Paris, and I knew that recreating that rich taste in my kitchen would be a challenge. Thanks to the Belazu Chermoula paste, there was no need to try. Look up a recipe for chermoula chicken, for example, brown the chicken, then skip all the directions about making the chermoula marinade -- it's already perfectly done -- coat the chicken with Belazu paste, and let cook until done.
