Independent Bar: Gotham Chocolates signature chocolate blend and one of the first that we carried from Chef Ron Paprocki. This 70% is foraged Bolivian cacao and nacional cacao from Ecuador. A complex, balanced expression of dark chocolate.
Cosmopolitan Bar: This is a new bar from our friends at Gotham which we were excited to taste and this quickly has become a favorite. The cacao beans for this bar come from Maya Mountain Belize. They are selected for their integrity of flavor before being roasted right here at Gotham. This is a 70% full-flavored dark chocolate with notes of raisin and a good bit of red fruit.
Intense Bar: Gotham Chocolates dark chocolate and coffee bar is 70% dark chocolate. A harmonious blend of their Independent dark chocolate and freshly ground Burundi coffee beans. A robust, long-lasting and bold coffee-chocolate experience.
