Gotham Independent Bar - Best Dark Chocolate Bar

This is probably the best dark chocolate bar I've ever tasted. The reason I say that is because if I had to describe this bar in one word, it would be ... smooth... It's around 72%; so it's not overly sweet but more importantly, it's truly not bitter at all. If anything, it seems to have a mild fruity sort of sweetness and vey well balanced. The first time I tasted it I bought 6 bars and they disappeared in 3 days. The next time I literally bought out whatever they had in stock. Go for it and enjoy!
