I ordered this basket a few days before Easter for my daughter and son-in-law who live in NYC. They absolutely loved the basket! Chelsea Market Baskets uses the finest ingredients and the baskets were beautiful!

good online service and delivery on time. Only suggestion would be better availability on phone on weekends for follow up, I had a weekend delivery and didn't know if it got there until Monday.

I ordered the large Simple Pleasures Sweet & Savory gift baskets for a home-bound friend returning from the hospital. He lives alone in a NYC 4 story walk-up apt. bldg and he's on the top floor. I called the store to inquire about getting the delivery right up to the apt door as my friend cannot come down the stairs to receive it.. They couldn't confirm that UPS would do that so they offered to hand-deliver it themselves - that same day - at no extra cost! I was amazed at their kindness. Victoria - thank you so much. I got the idea that you were dropping it off personally on your way home that evening. Thank you so much for going the extra mile. My friend confirmed that he received the baskets and they looked beautiful. I will review the contents at another time after he gets to enjoy them. Thanks again!
