Group Order Form
The Group Order Form is an alternative to ordering online when your order includes 5 or more recipients. It uses Microsoft Excel to specify the gift, the address and gift message for each recipient in your order. With the Group Order Form, you fill in the order form on your computer and submit Excel file to us when it is complete. MEMBER REGISTRATION: We offer our customers the option to create an account on our website to make shopping with us even easier. Once registered, your account can recall your order history, remember your address book, track current orders in transit, and more.
All registered customers can quickly log in using their user IDs and passwords any time they use our site. If you forget your password, click here to reset your password at any time.
GUEST CHECK OUT: If you would rather not create an account, you’re welcome to complete your order with our Guest Checkout. Please be aware that with Guest Checkout, our website will not remember any information regarding completed orders.
Shipping - Anywhere Across America
We ship from New York via UPS throughout the United States. Please be aware that we are unable to ship outside the United States, and we can not ship to PO Boxes, FPOs, or APOs.For a better checkout experience, we recommend breaking orders into a maximum of 4 addresses per order. To order more than 4 gift baskets, please use our Group Order Form to ensure we receive your order properly. OUR REGULAR SHIPPING POLICIES (Jan-Nov):

Orders placed by 3:00pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders are only shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, with the exception of our Saturday UPS Next Day Air option.
Saturday UPS Next Day Air: We can ship gifts for Saturday delivery using Saturday UPS Next Day Air. Orders shipping via Saturday UPS Next Day Air must be placed online or by phone before Friday at 3:00pm EST for delivery the next day.

For large orders that include multiple shipping boxes, a small box fee may apply to cover our shipping costs. For orders shipping to HI or AK, charges are based on the UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air charges for shipping from New York City. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.
Shipping Perishable & Heat Sensitive Products
Since we include the freshest foods in our gifts, some gifts have restrictions on transit times to ensure freshness. If a product has special shipping needs, the appropriate below icon will be displayed on the item’s description page. Denoted items need to be shipped according to the listed guidelines below. Please note that we do not ship perishable products on Thursday or Friday if they will be in transit over the weekend.
Please note that when shipping chocolates to warm climates, they are sent in insulated coolers to ensure it is delivered in the proper condition.
These gifts are perishable and need to be delivered within 2 days. If the shipping destination is within the yellow or tan area on the below shipping map, you may ship via UPS Ground. Otherwise, you must ship via UPS 2nd-Day Shipping. Please note perishable items can not be shipped to addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
These gifts are highly perishable and need to be delivered in no more than 1 day. If the shipping address is located in the yellow area on the below
shipping map, you may ship via UPS Ground. Otherwise, you must ship via UPS Overnight Shipping. Please note highly perishable items can not be shipped to addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).
Shipping to California
Due to California state law, we can not ship fruit to California. Therefore, we can not ship any of our gifts that include fresh fruit to any shipping destinations in the state of California.

For non-perishable products, we recommend UPS Ground as the most economical way to ship, especially when shipping to addresses that are close to New York City.

Messenger Service Delivery - NYC Only
Within the five boroughs of New York City, we offer hand delivery via Messenger Service. Please be aware that all Messenger Service orders require a recipient signature in order to be delivered. If your destination is a hotel in New York City, we highly recommend using messenger service to ensure timely delivery to your recipient.
Orders for Messenger Service placed by 12:00pm noon EST will be hand delivered the same day. Please make sure someone is available to receive the package, as a signature is required.
Orders are only delivered Monday to Friday, with the exception of our Saturday Messenger Delivery option.
Saturday Messenger Delivery: We can hand deliver your order via Messenger Service on Saturday if arranged prior to the weekend. Please place your order before Friday at 3:00pm EST to schedule Messenger Delivery for that Saturday.

The prices listed include one gift per address. Please note there is an added charge of $10 for each additional gift per address, and a $10 surcharge for Weekend Messenger deliveries.
