Group Order Form

The Group Order Form is an alternative to ordering online when your order includes 5 or more recipients. It uses Microsoft Excel to specify the gift, the address, and gift message for each recipient in your order. With the Group Order Form, you fill in the order form on your computer and submit an Excel file to us when it is complete. To get started with the Group Order Form, see the Group Order Form Introduction Page.

Customer Registration

MEMBER REGISTRATION: We offer our customers the option to create an account on our website to make shopping with us even easier. Once registered, your account can recall your order history, remember your address book, track current orders in transit, and more.

GUEST CHECK OUT: If you would rather not create an account, you're welcome to complete your order with our Guest Checkout. Please be aware that with Guest Checkout, our website will not remember any information regarding completed orders.

Shipping - Anywhere Across America

UPS Ground Rates (to the continental U.S.) for shipping Monday through Friday are $14 for each package delivered to a single address.

For orders using expedited services, the prices are as follows:

We ship from New York via UPS throughout the United States. Please be aware that we cannot ship outside the United States, and we can not ship to PO Boxes, FPOs, or APOs.

For a better checkout experience, we recommend breaking orders into a maximum of 5 addresses per order. To order more than 5 gift baskets, please use our Group Order Form to ensure we receive your order correctly.

Shipping Polices (Jan-Nov):

All orders will ship via UPS within the United States.. During December, 

Orders placed by 3:00 pm EST will be shipped out the same day. Orders are typically shipped and delivered Monday to Friday, UPS does deliver some shipment on Saturdays.

Saturday Delivery

We also offer Saturday UPS Next Day Air option that will ensure your order is delivered on a Saturday. Orders shipping via Saturday UPS Next Day Air must be placed online or by phone before 3:00 pm EST on Friday for delivery the next day. The cost of Saturday UPS Next Day Air is the cost of UPS Next Day Air plus $16.

For large orders that include multiple shipping boxes, a small box fee may apply to cover our shipping costs. For orders shipping to HI or AK, charges are based on the UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air charges for shipping from New York City. We are unable to ship to Puerto Rico.

During December, our shipping cut-offs may change due to the surge in orders.

Shipping Perishable & Heat Sensitive Products

Since we include the freshest foods in our gifts, some gifts have restrictions on transit times to ensure freshness. If a product has special shipping requirements, they will be displayed on the item's description page. Denoted items need to be shipped according to the listed guidelines below. Please note that we do not ship perishable products on Thursday or Friday if they will be in transit over the weekend.

SP - Summer Perishable

These gifts are sensitive to heat and should not be in transit for more than 2 days during the hot summer months. Please note that when shipping chocolates to warm climates, they are sent in insulated coolers to ensure they are delivered in the proper condition.

P - Perishable

These gifts are perishable and must be delivered within 2 days. If the shipping destination is within the yellow or tan area on the below shipping map, you may ship via UPS Ground. Otherwise, you must ship via UPS 2nd-Day Shipping. Please note perishable items can not be shipped to addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).

HP- Highly Perishable

These gifts are highly perishable and need to be delivered in no more than 1 day. If the shipping address is located in the yellow area on the below shipping map, you may ship via UPS Ground. Otherwise, you must ship via UPS Overnight Shipping. Please note highly perishable items can not be shipped to addresses outside the continental United States (Alaska or Hawaii).

Shipping to California

Due to California state law, we can not ship fruit to California. Therefore, we can not ship any of our gifts that include fresh fruit to any shipping destinations in the state of California.

For non-perishable products, we recommend UPS Ground as the most economical shipping method, especially when shipping to addresses near the NY Metro Area.

Messenger Service Delivery - NYC Only

We currently offer NYC messenger service for orders of $250 and up, and the cost of messenger service depends on the destination but starts at $50 for a single address. Generally, messenger orders are picked up in our Jersey City warehouse across the Hudson from Manhattan. Same-day service is possible in some situations, but there must be 6-8 hours between receiving and delivering the order. Please call us between 10 am and 6 pm Monday through Friday for details. We do NOT offer this service for online orders.
