Fran's Chocolates is a family-owned, Seattle-based company celebrating 30 years of creating artisan chocolates. It all started on a trip to Paris, where Fran Bigelow's passion for pure flavors and simple yet exquisite ingredients was solidified, and knew she had to pursue her dreams. She opened her first patisserie and chocolate shop over 25 years ago to share that French philosophy of joie-de-vivre. Many confections later, she has been credited for sparking the artisan chocolate renaissance in the United States, and she is considered one of the best chocolatiers in the nation.
