This jam is made in a small batches by a small family business in the village of Saint-Léger-Vauban in the Burgundy region. This area of France is known for its fertile soil and vineyards. All their jams are made with local fruit and brown unrefined sugar. Some of the jams are thicken with pectinei and some use rhubarb.
