We ordered a gift basket for his mother for Christmas, one with chocolate in it. I'd originally found this company while searching for a source for Cape herb and spice grinders, but the baskets were just great looking. And indeed, she loved it. I have used this vendor for gifts multiple times during the past 5 years, and have always received thanks that included rave reviews. The presentation is impressive (spectacular! per one recipient) and quality is consistently excellent (delicious;fanstastic). Ordering via the website is very easy, but should you need assistance with a special request (eg.messenger delivery at a specific time), customer service is very helpful. Expensive, but not compared with other local vendors, and worth every penny. Recommend highly and without reservation.

Out of 11 possible merchants who carried this particular product, they were the only ones with shipping options that didn't cost twice the amount of the chocolate. They notified me when they were shipping it. That means a lot to me in terms of customer service. And it came in 3 days -to Alaska no less! Great company!

You will not encounter a company with better customer service. I placed the order online and received a call ten minutes later (literally) checking on the shipping.
