Essential pantry item

This is one of my favorite products to keep stocked in my pantry. It's great to serve on a summer day alongside a cold lager or glass of citrusy pinot gris, which really compliment the fantastic seafood. The preparation is unusual and delicious, and the flavors are exciting. A special shout-out to the lobster, which is an elegant addition to the box. Even the crackers are great - super crispy, but simple enough not to overtake the flavor of the rillettes.
