GOTHAM CHOCOLATES launched in early 2015 when Pastry Chef Ron Paprocki decided to create a batch of White Chocolate Bonbons for Valentine's Day. Four years later, and the brand has taken on a life of its own. We now have our six signature chocolate bars, a variety of seasonal bonbon collections, and our new Artisan Series bean-to-bar chocolates including the Hacienda Azul (winner of the 2019 Good Food Award).
