I really enjoy this condiment. It has a strong vinegar flavor, and the onion/garlic flavor is more subtle. It is great with hash browns for breakfast, and also a good complement to beef or chicken. If you like strong flavors, but not spicy hot sauces, I think you will enjoy this condiment.
