If you love Truffles, you'll LOVE this Babka!! I've tried several of the Babkas from Babka Bailout and this one is truly the most unique flavor yet. Somehow, this amazing family owned bakery seems to have mastered the art of producing savory, soft, Challah like bread with just enough of a twist to set it apart from a plain ordinary Challah. The texture is of this pastry quality bread is both soft and moist and the Truffle flavor is unmistakable, but not overpowering. I can easily give it 10 stars, but if 20 were an option that's where I'd rate it.
